Partners for Improving Health and Changing Lives

SDCMS Foundation would not be able to assist patients and physicians without the support of the community. A financial partner since the founding of our organization has been Alliance Healthcare Foundation. A trailblazer in health improvement in San Diego County, Alliance helped champion the initiation of Project Access San Diego as well as Text4baby, and has provided support for capacity building of the organization.
