			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Daniel &#8220;Stony&#8221; Anderson, MD, and Robert Eisenberg, MD, have recently been selected to receive Healthcare Heroes awards for their service through Project Access San Diego.  Dr. Anderson, who helped launch Project Access in 2008, will receive the 2012 <a title="HHSA 2012 Health Heroes" href="http://sdcmsf.org/wp-content/uploads/2012/04/HHSA-2012-Anderson-award.pdf" target="_blank">Theme Award from the County of San Diego</a>, Health and Human Services Agency and Public Health Services in recognition of extraordinary achievement in protecting and promoting the health of residents in San Diego County.  Dr. Eisenberg is being recognized by the <a title="Grossmont Healthcare District" href="http://www.grossmonthealthcare.com/" target="_blank">Grossmont Healthcare District</a> for demonstration of selfless dedication to produce measurable outcomes that provide for a healthy East County Community.  Dr. Eisenberg is a urologist, and has been a Project Access volunteer for two years.  Congrats to both our Health Heroes!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>SDCMS Foundation was featured on Saturday, March 24 on <a title="KGTV news" href="http://www.10news.com/video/30810850/index.html" target="_blank"> KGTV Channel 10 News</a> and on Sunday, March 25 on <a title="Fox5 News" href="http://www.fox5sandiego.com/videogallery/69052947/News/free-medical-treatment#pl-62938299" target="_blank">Fox News at 10</a> as a followup to the successful Saturday Surgery Day with Kaiser Permanente on March 24. 32 people received surgeries or procedures that changed their lives.
