PASD Volunteers Honored in County

Daniel “Stony” Anderson, MD, and Robert Eisenberg, MD, have recently been selected to receive Healthcare Heroes awards for their service through Project Access San Diego.  Dr. Anderson, who helped launch Project Access in 2008, will receive the 2012 Theme Award from the County of San Diego, Health and Human Services Agency and Public Health Services in recognition of extraordinary achievement in protecting and promoting the health of residents in San Diego County.  Dr. Eisenberg is being recognized by the Grossmont Healthcare District for demonstration of selfless dedication to produce measurable outcomes that provide for a healthy East County Community.  Dr. Eisenberg is a urologist, and has been a Project Access volunteer for two years.  Congrats to both our Health Heroes!
